Payment Details

Preparing Hair for Consultation and Installation 

  • Hair must be clean and product free for consultations, establishments and all maintenance appointments. 

  • It is required for you to wash your hair at least 2 days before your consultation or establishment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being reschedule. ​

  • The hair should be free of any conditioner, grease, etc.

  • Establishments may be broken into 2 to 3 days.

    • Clients are to provide their own meals.

    • Proper arrangements should be made to attend the entire day before booking an installation service.

  • A consultation is required if more than 6 weeks since last retightening.

 

Down Payment or a Consultation Fee, Payment, and Cancellation

Down Payment/Consultation Fee

  • A down payment of $50 or a non refundable consultation fee of $50 is required for new establishments as well as transfer clients. Deposits or down payments are required to secure your desired date for a consultation.​This will be applied towards the establishment or retightening of locs if you decided to move forward.  This fee is non refundable otherwise. 

  • $389 down payment is due to book a save the date for your loc establishment. 

  • For Sisterlocks™ ​Transfer Clients- Transfer clients must have had their Sisterlocks™ established by a Certified Sisterlocks™ Consultant or Trainee. A consultation is required prior to scheduling an appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of the first day of the installation. All deposits go towards the final cost of the establishment and must only go towards establishments. 

  • A Deposit is required to schedule retightening appointments. Deposits for retightening are transferable only if the reschedule is requested 72 hours in advance and is moved to a slot +/- 7 days of the original appointment subject to availability. If your appointment is cancelled you forfeit your deposit.

 

Payments​

Glorious Locks NHB accepts all major credit cards, cash, Paypal, and Cash app. Advanced payments can be made online and in person. Pricing of based on hair density and length. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Courtesy Call/text is expected If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call since we may need to reschedule.

  • Deposits for retightening are transferable only if the reschedule is requested 72 hours in advance and is moved to a slot +/- 7 days of the original appointment subject to availability. ​

  • Glorious Locks NHB reserves the right to cancel any appointment should the estimated time of arrival conflict with other client services.

  • Glorious Locks HNB also reserves the right to discontinue servicing a client for repeat cancellations and reschedules.

 

Underage Children and additional guests

  • Due to limited space, guest and children are not allowed during sessions unless receiving service.

Disclosure of Usage

Glorious Locks NHB reserves the right to photograph and video tape all work for demonstrative purposes.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES  

​

Health, safety, and wellbeing are our highest priority. Your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited if you are not properly prepared for service. Failure to comply with salon policies and CDC guidelines will result in immediate termination of services, and deposit forfeited. No refunds.​

  • Mask or Face covering must be worn. 

  • Hand Hygiene is required upon entry of salon. 

  • Please do not enter if you, your child, or anyone has been in contact with Covid-19 symptoms.

  • No entry prior to 15 mins of appointment time

  • No Extra Guests
